Subscription Policy
Travela Wellness, LLC
This Subscription Policy applies to any products purchased on a recurring subscription basis through travelawellness.com. Please review this policy carefully before enrolling in a subscription.
Subscription Enrollment
When you purchase a product as a subscription, you are enrolling in an automatic recurring billing program. Your subscription will continue until canceled by you in accordance with this Policy. By enrolling, you authorize Travela Wellness, LLC (“Travela Wellness,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to charge your selected payment method at the recurring interval disclosed at checkout.
Subscription details, including pricing, billing frequency, and shipment cadence, will be clearly presented to you before you complete your purchase.
Billing and Renewal
Your subscription will be billed automatically at the frequency selected at checkout (e.g., every 30 days or other stated interval). The charge will be applied to the payment method you provided unless you update or cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date.
You acknowledge and agree that subscription charges may occur without additional notice unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Payment Information
You are responsible for maintaining current, complete, and accurate payment information for your subscription. If a payment attempt is unsuccessful, we may retry the charge, suspend your subscription, or cancel future shipments until payment information is updated.
Travela Wellness is not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by failed payments or outdated billing information.
Subscription Changes and Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges. Cancellations must be completed through your customer account portal or by contacting us at hello@travelawellness.com.
Once a subscription renewal has been processed, that charge applies to the upcoming shipment and cannot be reversed, except as required by applicable law.
Cancellation requests submitted after a billing date will take effect for the following billing cycle.
Refunds and Returns for Subscriptions
Subscription purchases and renewal charges are governed by this Subscription Policy and our Returns & Refund Policy.
Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in writing:
- Subscription renewal charges are non-refundable
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
- Opened subscription products are not eligible for refunds
- First-time subscription purchases may be eligible for limited remedies under our Returns & Refund Policy, as applicable.
Product Availability and Changes
We reserve the right to modify, substitute, or discontinue subscription products, pricing, ingredients, packaging, or shipment timing at any time. If a subscription product becomes unavailable, we may notify you and offer an alternative or allow you to cancel your subscription.
Price Changes
Subscription pricing is subject to change. If pricing changes apply to your subscription, you will be notified in advance as required by applicable law, and the updated price will apply to future billing cycles unless you cancel your subscription.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for managing your subscription settings, including billing information, shipping address, and cancellation timing. Failure to cancel prior to a billing date does not entitle you to a refund.
