Satisfaction Guarantee
Travela Wellness offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for first-time purchases only, beginning on the date your order is delivered. This policy applies solely to purchases made directly through travelawellness.com.
Eligibility for Returns
Within the 30-day return window:
- Unopened supplements are eligible for a refund to the original payment method, excluding shipping and handling costs.
- Opened supplements are eligible for store credit only, excluding shipping and handling costs.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Exchanges are not offered.
This policy applies to first-time purchases only. Subsequent purchases, subscriptions, or promotional items may not be eligible for refunds unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Return Process
To initiate a return, you must first obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number by emailing hello@travelawellness.com within the 30-day return period. Please include your name, order number, date of purchase, and reason for return.
Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return shipping address. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as Travela Wellness is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
Please clearly include your RA number on the shipping label or inside the package to ensure proper processing.
Important Notices
- Do not refuse delivery. Refused packages may become unrecoverable due to carrier policies and are not guaranteed a refund or store credit.
- Returned products must be shipped in accordance with the provided instructions. Failure to follow the return process may result in delays or denial of your refund or credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact hello@travelawellness.com promptly upon receipt so we can assist you. We may request photos or additional information to process a replacement or refund.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds and/or store credit will be processed within six (6) weeks after the returned product is received and inspected, provided that the return was properly authorized and submitted in accordance with this Policy. Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method (excluding shipping and handling costs), and store credit (if applicable) will be issued electronically. Processing times may vary based on shipping transit times, inspection timelines, and financial institution processing.
Final Sale Items
Certain items, promotional purchases, subscriptions, or limited releases may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless otherwise required by law. Any such designation will be clearly noted at the time of purchase.
